Brand New Centrally Located to Downtown

Our first impression was the area being pretty sketchy and the street view of the property was somewhat run down with tall weeds and garbage laying around. The unit itself was recently remodeled although the workmanship was not completed professionally. For example, open both drawers of the dishwasher and it tips out of the cabinet space. Doors do not close properly and the deadbolt hardware to prevent the entry door from easily being kicked in is missing. What bothered me most was the two window air conditioners in the upper level and the noise they created. These needed to run non-stop as they were also the source of AC for the lower level as well. Additionally the outdoor grill advertised was not usable and you can see why in the third photograph posted on this review. Lastly, I want to be clear, the unit was clean, comfortable and affordable.
