Magnifique Chavet. À deux pas du centre-ville de Bel-Mar/Lakewood CO

This property is not great, a bunch of extra old miss mismatched furniture, a backyard with cigarette butts all over, broken down RVs and a worker who tried to fight me for asking them to move their car.Later on, I found them in the RV in the back of the house, strange to have someone in and out while staying.Miss represented here, dirty and gross.

Our stay was exceptional from pulling up to the beautiful lawn and structure. The house was restored in a way that we all enjoyed. The four spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms, two kitchens, gaming area, dining area and the various outdoor locations were all amazing! Fantastic neighbors and lawn care provider. I will definitely recommend and return this residence as we all had a stellar experience, thank you kindly from the bottom of our hearts!

The property was just as listed and we had a great trip! Everything was clean and tidy. The space was perfect for the kids to have some space in the lower level and the adults to unwind upstairs. The owners responded quickly and provided necessary instructions. The neighborhood was quiet and there was a lot within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

The house is nice and big, however we had several issues during our stay. There seems to be some electrical issues, in the basement the lights were flickering often and one of the breakers triggered and the fridge was off for almost 24 hours. We lost our leftovers and some freezer food that we had bought. The shower in the basement did not get hot and was unusable. The shower upstairs clogged and the water wouldn't drain and was basically unusable. The floors on the main floor creak terribly, and wake everyone up in the house if someone is walking. The owners were responsive, and offered to send people out to fix, but for a 5 day stay that was annoying. These issues should have been taken care of before we arrived. The house IS in a great location and the beds were very comfortable.
